Enjoy a big bedroom with a king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. I provide tea, coffee, Swiss chocolate, iron, towels, soap as well as shampoo and high speed wifi. And the bright studio feature a Nespresso coffee machine.

On est à 5m en bus ou en voiture des organisations internationales (ONU, Croix Rouge, OIT etc.), de l’aéroport de Cointrin – Genève et de l’autoroute A1

Petit studio calme et confortable dans le quartier de la Servette. Face à un grand parc, très proche de l'arrêt de tram 14 et 18, 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 15 minutes à pied de l'ONU. Très proche des supermarchés, magasins et restaurants. Cet espace est ma maison, que je mets sur Airbnb lorsque je pars en vacances. Vous y trouverez mes effets personnels, que je vous remercie infiniment de traiter avec le plus grand soin. L'appartement a une vue sur une cour intérieure très calme.

Très joli petit nid douillet urbain au bord du lac où il fait bon vivre, proche de tout (gare CFF Cornavin, gare routière, commerces, organisations internationales, parcs, bains des Pâquis), très calme et lumineux ! • idéalement situé • état parfait • très bien agencé • très confortable Il se situe au 2ème étage donnant sur une grande cour intérieure verdoyante et comprend : une entrée, une cuisine, une pièce principale et une salle de bain. Une Pépite pour votre séjour genevois !

Les travaux peuvent être bruyants de 8h à 17:30. Un prix spécial est appliqué durant ces dates là.
