Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Perfect getaway house with views overlooking beautiful Lake Como. Come spend time in this new remodeled 4 bedroom (2 Kings, 1 Queen bed and 2 twin bed) and a 3 bathroom home. We have a full kitchen area with outdoor cooking as well. We are located directly across the street from the lake with beautiful views on our wraparound porch. There is plenty of outdoor space for playing and relaxing. This is the perfect year round house. Access to public beach, skiing, golf course. Bar and restaurant's.
