Villa holiday rentals in Gennadi

Very nice house directly at the beach. Very private, you have the beach almost only for you :) The jacuzzi was a great add on for the kids! A car is needed to reach supermarket and one of the many restaurants. Very quick and friendly communication. We had changed our plans due to very hot weather and the team made a later check out possible. Many thanks, we had a great time 😀

We stayed one week at the lovely Villa in Charaki. Kostas and his wife are very friendly and helpful and made our holiday very special and wonderful. We were greeted with a little welcome package (Cold drinks and a bottle of wine). Also we got fresh Oranges to make fresh juice every morning. The location was perfect to visit the whole Island and to enjoy a private vacation!

Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Greg is the best host we have ever stayed with. You can really feel he loves his job and hosting people. He made us feel at home from the first moment. Whenever we had a question the answered in only a few minutes and came personally to help. He gave us great recommendations for the area. The house is awesome with a great pool. You can feel Greg has a great eye for detail. We felt very very comfortable and had a really great stay. We’re definitely gonna be back - because of a lot of reasons, but especially because of Greg’s really great support.

I had a great experience at the villa! Although I faced an issue getting in at first, once the power was back on, everything went smoothly. The villa was very clean, and shops and restaurants were just a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The maintenance gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. Where to start with the wonderful Tsmabika View Villa?! A little slice of perfection, nestled away in the hillsides of Rhodes. This is truly one of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in over the last ten years. The five-star review rating of the property is well-deserved. A great location half way down the island, with easy access by car (~20-25 mins) to both Lindos and Rhodes town. The villa itself is down a small private road, and is one of three houses set well away from the main road (no road noise) perched on the side of a hill. As a result, the views were incredible - especially from the upstairs bedroom balconies. The villa itself was superbly appointed, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, and AC worked well when needed. The pool was gorgeous. Close to several very good tavernas, with Panorama Tsampikas walkable. Simply put, the whole experience here was wonderful. We certainly hope to come back again!

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

If this villa is available for the dates you want then our advice is to secure it right away. We had a fantastic week and everything exceeded our expectations. Great inside and out, the pool was a delight and so too was the outside eating area. Joanna and the local office were super-helpful. Maritsa was perfect for us with lively restaurants and quiet countryside.

Villa Nikos was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures, very clean, very fresh with picturesque gardens. Great hosts, very proactive in helping with my queries prior to check-in right through to check out. Would happily stay again! 😊

Our week in Michael’s beautiful villa was made all the better by his fabulous advice and recommendations. The beach is so incredibly close with two great beach bars. It is pebbly so beach shoes help but water is crystal clear. The village is a slow 5 min walk & has the best supermarket and green grocers I have ever seen. The bakery has fab coffee & delicious traditional and artisan bakes. The village comes alive at night with restaurants- a weeks not long enough to try them all & we ate out every night! Special mention to Mama’s (amazing pizza- did take away one night, eaten on beach watching sunset!) On Kiotari beach (12 mins) Sirocco was brilliant- 5euros for the most comfy Sun bed & waitress service -authentic, fresh & v reasonable. That’s all before the beautiful villa! Everything has been considered, from all the kitchen equipment you could want to so many areas to chill, read, or be sociable. Superb bathrooms, AC, sea view balconies, comfy beds & Michael, the perfect host!

Absolutely fabulous! The villa itself is gorgeous and had everything that we could ask for and more. Very modern and clean, with a great layout and a wonderful pool - exactly as shown in the photos. The location itself is very peaceful with a beautiful sea view - but only a few minutes from a village that has a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and several lovely restaurants. Anastasia is the most gracious and generous host I have ever met - she went above and beyond at every step and even went out of her way to provide extra items for our stay. Our stay at Grand Blue Villa completely exceeded our expectations and we would book to stay again without any hesitation!

We spent a week with our kids at the place. Very nice, spacious house with great garden and private beach section with direct access from the house. Very friendly welcome, extensive culinary "first supply". For restaurants and shopping, you should ideally have your own car. Two small compromises: the road runs right in front of the house - depending on the wind you can hear the cars quite clearly, but with a little imagination it almost sounds like the sound of the sea. And the beach is a little pebbly

A clean big house with lovely grounds. Plenty of beds, kitchenware, towels etc Two bathrooms. Washing machine was very useful. Pool was great for kids and adults. Beautiful sea view and sunrises A little bright in morning with sky lights Definitely need a car, local village is 2 minute drive with supermarket and about 5 restaurants. 20 minutes to big sandy beach but stone beach opposite house was also lovely. Lovely welcome basket and cooked meal. We travelled with toddlers and large travel cots set up on arrival and shutters on all doors gave us peace of mind. Host also informed us could lock door of room with lots of stairs so very mindful of us having family. Thank you for having us

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

We had a great stay at Evilion Villa. The listing and photographs were accurate. The villa itself is ideal for two couples or a family, with bathrooms ensuite or adjacent to each bedroom. The beds were large and comfortable and the showers were always hot. Once we got the hang of the air conditioning, following advice from Athanasios, it worked very well. The villa and outdoor areas were very clean and well maintained. The outside of the villa is spacious with a number of seating areas and an outdoor preparation and BBQ area. The planting and landscaping are very beautiful. The pool was cleaned thoroughly and was warm. We loved sitting around the pool on the sun loungers, with the sun umbrellas providing much needed shade. We had a hire car, which made it easy to travel to beaches, our favourite being Pefki Beach, which had parking near to the beach, good beach showers and a few tavernas. The village of Gennardi is quite charming and has a bakery, supermarket and a few tavernas.

We had a great stay at Richards place, the view from the villa is amazing. It is set back from the road, so there is very little noise and the private entrance to the row of villas gives it a private feel. There are plenty of places to sit outside and the pool is great. The walk down to the beach can be a little tricky as it is a stoney beach, but it’s well worth the walk (literally 2 minutes) as the sea is crystal clear. Overall we had a fantastic stay, my only criticism would be it lacked a few personal details/ amenities compared to other places we have stayed of the same calibre. I would highly recommend a stay here, just for the view alone.
