Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.
