The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The holiday home is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.

Our apartment in a historic watermill is particularly suitable as a starting point for hiking and other activities in the untouched nature of the Thuringian Forest. With a successful combination of rustic ambiance and modern comfort, we offer you the perfect place to relax for restful days and nights. The apartment is located in Georgenthal/OT Herrenhof and was recently converted and renovated. There is a kitchen-diner, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Feel-good apartment on the edge of the forest in the Thuringian Forest

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

In the quiet area, you can spend time in a pleasant atmosphere, while a variety of leisure opportunities are available nearby. The Rennsteig is 23 minutes away, It is 25 km to the Oberhof winter sports arena Friedrichroda health resort 6 km, Eisenach to Wartburg 32 km, Erfurt 40 km Weimar 59 km Gotha with the historic castle 12 km.

Vacation home in the Thuringian Forest

Idyllic and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and 2 TVs, balcony, large bathroom and free parking right in front of the apartment. The Thuringian Forest, with its numerous hiking trails, is right outside the front door and within 30-45 minutes almost all the sights in Thuringia can be reached (e.g. Wartburg, Inselsberg, Oberhof) There are 3 swimming pools and an indoor pool in the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangery and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this also meets the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

Spacious and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living room with Wi-Fi and TV. The modern bathroom (shower/toilet) provides access to the patio/balcony. Guests can also use the extensive library. Two travel cribs for toddlers are available. Parking is right by the property. Your hosts are enthusiastic outdoor fans and are at your disposal with tips. For tourist stays, the municipality charges a spa fee.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
