Overlooking forest and stream. You can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or use the garden with sauna and swimming pond. There is a lot of space for our young and old guests. Rennsteign proximity and directly on the forest and at the same time not far to the center with shopping. The apartment is furnished with antiques, has a plank floor, bathroom with tub and is about 90 sqm in size. Attic, not accessible. From 7 nights, sauna use is free.

We stayed for a weekend as a family at Frank and Franzi's place. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Frank responded immediately to questions from us and was able to help us. In general, the hosts were very nice and communicative, so you immediately felt comfortable. The property is ideal for exploring the beautiful area "Drei Gleichen", also the Thuringian Forest and the Hainich National Park. Most of the time you are at the destination within half an hour's drive. We would recommend the place at any time!

Finsterbergen is simply a great starting point for activities in Thuringia. The grill at the house works great and having the car right at the accommodation makes things much more pleasant. Being in the outdoor pool in 5 minutes in the summer is also great. Sylvia's cleanliness can compete with very good hotels. The refrigerator was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. I really liked the fact that with the blinds, a long sleep was possible through absolute darkness, very relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast with the view on the terrace.

I booked spontaneously on the day of arrival and they responded very quickly and gave me some information directly by phone. The accommodation is simply wonderful and the facilities are perfect. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is ideally equipped and the bathroom with bathtub was particularly nice. We had a small concern and it was reported back and taken care of immediately. We can definitely recommend this accommodation and would book again at any time!

It was a very clean and comfortable place. Everything was functional. Very well equipped with detergent, shampoo, showergel, towels etc. The location is very close to restaurants, cafeterias, etc. The parking was convenient for small and medium cars, which she was very clear and correct in the description. The area is pretty quiet even when I had some windows opened. The security and locking precautions were very good for that house. The landlady was very reliable and nice talking to, even in a less common European language. I enjoyed my stay at her accommodation very much.
