Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is sparkling clean and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how we could solve this. We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it to everyone.

First of all, I wanted to thank our host because the accommodation was amazing. Everything was really planned for our stay to be perfect, - a super clean apartment, - an incredible view of the pool and the sea in the distance, - a bottle of cold water to cool off when we arrive, - ice cubes, - appetizer cakes, - raki, I think it's the most beautiful accommodation we've had during our stay, I would recommend it 1000 times!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

It was a great stay - the place was very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. The Owner is very responsive and gives clear instructions about how to get to the property. An absolute dream - it doesn't get any better! 🌿🌞 The stay was just memorable. The accommodation is a small paradise – lovingly designed, super clean and equipped with everything you need. The tree house itself is not only beautiful and cozy, but also offers a fantastic view due to its elevated location. The pool is perfect for a refreshment and the entire grounds are laid out with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel comfortable. A special highlight was the host Iasonas – what a great person! He was incredibly friendly, warm and helpful from start to finish. You can immediately see how much passion he puts into the tree house. The check-in was super easy and relaxed, we immediately felt welcome. All the other people we met there were also incredibly nice and open - a really nice, family atmosphere. We will definitely come back❤️

Amazing home, literally about 20 steps away from the beach. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It looks brand new! The host had fresh fruits, delicious cakes, pastries, still and sparkling water in the fridge, bags of ice in the freezer and a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us at check in, which was an amazing experience! Best Airbnb host ever! The villa had a private rooftop deck that was the ultimate place to relax and unwind, while offering an amazing view of the Sea of Crete. The rooftop also has a very big jacuzzi, dinning table, seating and loungers. I forgot to mention that the neighborhood has restaurants and shopping in both directions. You will definitely be happy with this place.
