Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Small tiny house with everything you need. Nevertheless, the existing resources should be handled carefully! Bathroom with 50 l hot water boiler and incineration toilet. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with loft bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for 1 person. Private access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. In case of any questions, we are always happy to help.

We spent almost 2 weeks in the beautiful apartment. The apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished with everything you need. The garden was great with a grill, jacuzzi and terrace. We were traveling with the convertible, and we were able to park the car in front of the house. You can take great excursions to Vienna, Bratislava, Sopron or Lake Neusiedl. If you are traveling by car, there are many shopping opportunities. But there is also a small self-service kiosk in the village itself. Hugo was always available to us and gave helpful tips for a trip to Vienna. He is a very friendly and helpful host.

Margot and her husband are extremely nice, very concerned about the well-being of their guests, in a word adorable! Check-in was easy. The accommodation is a small paradise well hidden behind a large door typical of the area. Once you cross the threshold, the charm takes over: various plants dot the entrance, nice garden furniture allows you to rest. The apartment is wonderful. It is spacious, very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The lounge area and its library allow reading and relaxation. We highly recommend this listing!

We felt like home here. The apartment is refurbished and it looks way better than in the pictures. We had a great time, the host was amazing and we would definitely recommend this accomodation. We'll come back to this place even if we won't have to go to Parndorf. Many thanks to the host for everything.

A modern and cozy apartment with great views. The unusually large terrace is versatile, equipped with a dining table as well as a lounge area and deck chairs. You will be surprised with various bird concerts and, with a little luck, also special bird sightings. But the apartment scores the most points with the host Walter. We really enjoyed being personally received and receiving wonderful tips. For example, we ate very well, explored Bratislava easily by bus and train, and received tips for our bike tours, all supplemented with appropriate information material. Really great. Thank you Walter
