About the house: We have a drinking water filter in the house. 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and fans. 2 bathrooms (one of which is a suite) 1 toilet (located in the last bedroom) Living room with American kitchen, balcony and service area. 1 parking space per house.

The house is on single-family land. It is not a condominium, having all its interior and exterior areas available only to the tenants. It is very nice and easy to maintain, everything is close by and is well equipped. It is eighty meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It is on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue area over the sea of Geribá.
