While our pool is shared it is shared with just five other houses of which two have private pools and the rest are rarely occupied. There hardly ever anyone at the pool except you! Lay back and relax in the 3500 square foot villa; indulged in the panoramic laguna view from every room or from the pool. Enjoy your vacation!

Charming spacious residence with 5 spacious suites with split air conditioning in all, deck, swimming pool, kitchen equipped with all utensils, TV room, dining room, charcoal barbecue, bright and decorated with very good taste for up to 10 people (maximum). Located 1.5 km from the beaches of Ferradura and Geriba. The light and water are charged separately. Ask + information in private Parking for 3 cars. We would like to emphasize that we no longer accept pets to avoid any inconvenience.
