Ioannis is a very good host. He answered all our questions from the moment we entered the house to the moment we left, and there was everything we could need in the house. The location of the house was also in the center. You could easily reach everywhere on foot. The house was very sweet and beautiful. I hope we will meet again with this house.

Anthi is a great host and smiling,I felt at her place as if it was my own home! Quiet neighborhood, the space is just like the photos, beautiful and clean. You can find near the area just a few minutes walk great restaurants , it is also very close to the island's square. Finally, it also serves couples if they want to spend a few beautiful and calm days on the island of Kos!

We had an absolute dream stay at the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse in Kos! The check-in process was smooth, and the host's hospitality was top-notch. The penthouse itself was calm, serene, and perfectly decorated with a lovely traditional touches. The location was fantastic, and we loved exploring the surrounding area. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were exactly as described. We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Kos. Maria and Katerina were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt right at home. Both of them were so lovely! Maria was so kind and extra friendly with our 6 month old baby. If you're looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kos, look no further than the Lavender and Rosemary Penthouse. We can't wait to come back! We had a fantastic time. The spacious apartment was comfortable, furnished well with all the amenities you would need. Beautiful pool and well maintained peaceful complex. We chose the area as our friend lives locally and there are many fantastic local restaurants and food outlets within a fifteen minute walk. Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend.

Eleni was a great host, she picked us up from the station and was very helpful providing local recommendations prior to and on arrival. The apartment is on the first floor and has no lift. Building entrance lovely and clean with a gorgeous smelling jasmine outside. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, well thought out and very comfortable, felt like home away from home. Other reviews mention the open air cinema opposite, it was loud but didn’t bother us as we weren’t there much at the time of the showings. In fact we went and watched a film there (English spoken with Greek subtitles) and thoroughly enjoyed it! The only unfortunate thing was that there was building work/drilling in the building for 2 days, which was quite loud and woke us 1 day, so we went out sooner for the day. Highly recommend Eleni’s place, gorgeous apartment and great location, would definitely stay there again. Thanks Eleni

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

Mr. Utku was a very interested host. He responded to all our questions instantly, thanks to him. Apart from that, the location of the house is fascinating, the view is great at night, the view is great, the large balcony was very enjoyable. As a result, this house allowed me to have a great holiday with my children and my wife. I hope to stay here again in the coming years.😊

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

The host, Ms. Leyla, is a magnificent person, the house and nature place are great, it is a place that you can definitely recommend, it is very useful for crowded families, we had seasonal bad luck, it was rainy, but we were still happy

An extremely nice room with very good views and free pool bar at a very reasonable price in the next season. clean was also everything ! And the staff were very accommodating - everything was great !

We really enjoyed our stay in Bristol Sea View Appartments. Communication with Katerina was great before our stay and during our stays. Both times she answered all our questions immediately and was available all the time. We liked the pool area and fall in love with the view! The location is perfect, directly on the promenade and a feet walk to the city with restaurants and shops.:) we might come back for our last days on the island.

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
