The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish recently renovated two story Summer home, enjoy the beautiful view and the shared pool with the other villas in the gated complex, and relax in a quite location... Two floors, a big balcony with a gazebo and a roof top with an amazing view of Yalikavak bay. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Three air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms. A market in the walking distance. Sorry, no pets.
