The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Unser Haus liegt ländlich und ruhig, aber dennoch Zentrumsnah. Der HBF und die City sind ca. 10 min entfernt(zu Fuß ca.20min) A2 / A43 ca. 10min, öffentl. Verkehrsmittel im nahen Umfeld. In der Nähe sind Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs (Penny,Netto). Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

Die 25 qm große Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage in der Fußgängerzone von Marl-Hüls. In der ausgebauten Dachspitze befindet sich ein Schlafplatz mit sehr weitem Ausblick über die Dächer von Marl. Bis zu 2 Gäste können bequem auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Die Wohnung wurde in 2020/2021 komplett renoviert, ein neues Badezimmer wurde eingebaut. Zur Verfügung steht auch die komplett eingerichtete neue Küche. WLAN ist begrenzt verfügbar.

Dear Guest!!! This Finnhütte is classic split. The living area with small kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor. In the very sloping attic there is a bed(90× 200m) that can be reached by stairs. Stairs is relatively steep ( Finnhütte just ). A seating area is available outside in front of the hut. Electric heating is available. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay.
