Monthly Rentals in German Colony, Jerusalem

A great space perfect for a short visit in one a really nice residential part of Jerusalem, with a very different feel from some of the busier areas. There are fantastic restaurants a short walk away, convenient access to anything you might want to see, and very nice hosts. Highly recommended.

This is a very convenient aurbnb in a central neigborhood. There are many restaurant at walking distance, and the apartment is nice.

This is a perfect place to stay. It feels like home, clean, updated and well kept. Washer and dryer worked well, bathroom is modern, and the shower had great water pressure. It had enough space to put our things and was well stocked. The location is residential and quiet, and it's an easy walk to Emek Refaim and several bus lines. The apartment accommodated kosher and shabbat observers. Highly recommended and we have already booked another visit. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

From the moment we closed the apartment there was a quick and comfortable response with Benjamin. The location was super convenient, quiet, beautiful and cozy neighborhood, great location in Jerusalem. The apartment is very cute, spacious. Benjamin made sure we entered a heated house and also respected the snacks. Since it was cold and there was a big use of electricity, the electricity jumped twice but Benjamin was available and in the second we picked up the electricity in a comfortable way and that's all. There was a full and comfortable equipment. Parking very close to the building and free from the evening and weekend. Highly recommend! We had a great time!
