Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. Rustic and Modern Downtown Getaway

Just 1 mile from downtown. Close to the best of Columbus nightlife/downtown bars restaurants and shops. Close to the short north and 5 miles from CMH airport. This 3k sq foot home has been fully remodeled and updated with a rustic/modern feel. With 10' ceilings and 3 finished floors there is plenty of room to breathe. This was our second stay at Jay’s place because we loved the location so much the first time. It’s an awesome, private set up with everything you need and comfy beds. We love the walkability around Italian Village and up to Short North where all the action is. One things I think is important to note is, if there is a music event downtown or OSU, you will hear it and loudly until it ends. Overall, still the perfect place for our family of 5.

Paul's location is perfect for Columbus activities for large groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The open concept kitchen made for hosting very enjoyable and Paul was very attentive. The poker table and large basement and TV made for a great gaming night for my bachelor trip.

We enjoyed our time at Xiaomei’s. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, but now our family is in several states. We booked the house so 6 of us could stay together and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in a home setting. We ordered our meal; we did not cook at Xiaomei’s. We were very comfortable there! Some of my family walked through German Village and enjoyed a delicious meal at Schmidt’s. I recommend the area if you have a rental car as there is not much to do in walking distance. I did notice a bus stop pretty close to Xiaomei’s, so you may be able to take the city bus where you want to go. It would be worth checking.

This cute Airbnb was perfect! Lynn is an excellent host with great communication that goes above and beyond. There was a power outage due to a thunderstorm right before my check in which caused the smart lock to malfunction. Lynn contacted me immediately, and together we resolved the issue. The location is right across the street from a huge outdoor mall which is so convenient. I would highly recommend this Airbnb when in Ohio!

The apartment was excellent. It was easy to locate, and the parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The host was highly responsive and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the Columbus area.
