Dear guests, Welcome to our small Boutique Hotel in Kaulbachstr. 42 in Munich. We have a total of 6 rooms and are located in an absolute top location directly at English Garden. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. You can walk to the inner city in a few minutes.

LINNEN SUITE

This double room of over 58 sqm, can sleep up to four adults on two queen sized beds. A combination of antique and modern furniture adds to this turn of the century design twist. Amazingly restored fresco and stucco ceilings in both the rooms and bathroom, along with original floorboards, bring back the historic flair. The strikingly painted rooms are separated by a sliding door and the bathroom is accessible through the second room only. The balcony is accessible from the first room.

Bright duplex loft in Grindel

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

Treeangle is a stilt house located in an idyllic meadow in close proximity to our beech forest. The tree house is located at a height of 5 meters and is surrounded by a picturesque combination of forest and meadow. The large panoramic windows and spacious balcony offer a unique view of the surrounding landscape and create the perfect place to relax in the midst of nature. The tree house sleeps a total of three people with a comfortable double bed and a single bed.

Our *ZeitRaum10* apartments are located in a beautiful Wilhelminian-style building just 2km from the city center. We have restored the building with great attention to detail and with the help of the whole family, trying to preserve its charm and character. We would be delighted to welcome you here and are happy to provide you with tips about the city and surrounding area. *The city of Leipzig charges a 5% accommodation tax, which is included in the price.
