The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. You will stay in a converted sea container in the middle of the Cologne-Mülheim harbour. From the balcony you can look directly at the harbour basin and observe how at the Cologne-Deutzer-Werft 110m long inland waterway vessels are pulled out of the water. The harbour is right next to the exhibition grounds, which is a short walk away via the Zoo Bridge. Right in front of the harbour entrance is the Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rheinpark.

The modern housing unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the feeling of being in your own house.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.
