Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.
