Les propriétaires ont leur maison un peu plus en hauteur, sans vis à vis, et vous proposent leur piscine couverte et chauffée de avril a Novembre de 8h a 19h. La propriété s'étend sur 3.5ha. Sa position près d'Auch mais aussi proche de Vic fezensac vous permettra de découvrir le Gers.

A barn in the heart of Gers, close to Auch

The property is composed of three separate and distinct buildings: a Gascon farmhouse type house (ours), a renovated barn (yours) and a barn. The land is 1.5 hectares and offers great diversity: a large orchard, a pond, groves and undergrowth, a grassy central square, meadows... The pool offers an area 2.8 m deep, access will be shared between you and us. A large covered terrace extends the cottage.

Come and discover our haven in the Gers. At the end of a cul-de-sac is the La Halippe gîte. The cottage is located in an old barn independent of an old farm on an estate of 4 ha. The barn is completely renovated in 2022 with its exposed stones and beams. Outside there is a large terrace with magnificent views of the vineyards and the Saint-Pierre de Condom Cathedral
