One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Gers countryside in Sainte-Christie-d'Armagnac and is 4 km from Nogaro and its car circuit, 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees and the ocean, 15 minutes from Aignan and its swimming lake with slide and a tree climbing course. Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)

Stone townhouse ideally located in the heart of a small dynamic village. A few steps from all the shops Ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (8.5 m²) open to a 37 m² living room with quality sofa bed. A first floor is composed of a toilet, a bathroom (Bathtub and walk-in shower) as well as two bedrooms. The second floor is a large attic room with air conditioning.
