Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner, voll ausgestatteter, Einbauküche und einem Tresen für gemeinsames Kochen oder ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Für gemeinsame, gemütliche Abende steht ein Kaminofen zur Verfügung. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
