The apartment is set on one level and combines a bright living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening after a long day. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine with a small starter set. Free Wi-Fi, self check-in via key box, good parking options, a freely available garage subject to availability and access to laundry facilities in the building on request make your stay easy and comfortable. In the fully equipped apartment you will find a bedroom, daylight bathroom, living-dining room, large TV, kitchen and parking space, as well as 2 free bicycles.

Vacation home "Am Wasserturm" Cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor of a 2-party house, ideal for 2 people, free parking, quietly located in a commercial area in Coesfeld, the Fabrik Coesfeld is within walking distance, where many events and concerts take place. One dog is very welcome! We also live in the house with our dog Maylo. With us you can spend a nice and undisturbed time and make full use of the entire apartment.
