Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
