An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

A lovely lounge sofa from Sweef that easily transforms into a wonderfully comfortable large bed. Smart TV so you can use your own Netflix account. Fully equipped kitchen with steam oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the kitchen equipment you need. In the fully tiled bathroom, there is a washing machine. Jacuzzi (bathing fee 200 SEK/day).

Bekvämt och fräscht boende / kontor lite norr om Varbergs station och centrum, lagom till 2-3 personer. Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

The houses, main house and guest house, are fully equipped for wonderful socializing with just a three-minute walk to beautiful sandy and rocky beaches. With cows grazing at the property line and Varberg's surf culture around the corner, this is the perfect place for relaxation and recreation.

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.

Forest paradise right by Älvasjön.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
