Cottage holiday rentals in Ghent

The accommodation was great! We have enjoyed the beautiful location at the holiday home. The home was completely as in the pictures. The Bornem area is beautiful for biking and hiking. The jacuzzi on the terrace of the house overlooking the pond, was blissful after a long cycling day. Just a pity that we had to provide bed linen and towels ourselves. Thank you sooo much Tim!

Perla's geusthouse was superb, everything about both Perla and the house was amazing from the moment we got there - beating our expectations for the property and hosting skills. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a super relaxing, cosy, clean, private, easy to get to and accommodation with plenty of available amenities, including (but not limited to) hot tub, outdoor seating and bbq, cosy well equipped indoor kitchen and living room. 10/10 would stay again!

🌟 A moment out of time! We spent an unforgettable night in this love room with its original and perfectly thought-out decor. The subdued atmosphere, the equipment, the private spa... everything is combined for a moment of relaxation and complicity for two. The bed is very comfortable, the space is clean and well maintained. Special mention for the small touches and the decor that immediately immerse you in the universe! Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

We had a lovely stay & felt immediately at home. The house & garden were beautiful with lots of personal touches. We also rented the greenhouse & stayed in there one night with our baby between us. Very cozy! We had lots of rain but it didn’t matter because the kitchen with veranda was perfect for nestling inside. We still made full use of the bbq as it was covered on the side of the house. Communication with Fré was easy & he was very helpful and fast to answer. Recommended!

Reading the different comments we wondered why breakfast marked people so much... and now we know! We spent four days in this accommodation, with six friends. It was well-equipped and welcoming, with perfect bedroom spaces for us, two bathrooms and toilets, and several very pleasant living spaces where we could meet (dining room, living room, outdoor spaces with tables, armchairs, etc.). The stairs to go upstairs are very steep, it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility, but for us, it was no problem. We were able to easily get around by car and visit Bruges, Ghent and De Hann, located a few kilometers away. We enjoyed the chocolates on arrival, and Pieter provided us with a lot of information before entering the accommodation. He was always available and responsive by message.

The house was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. Nestled between fields and water, it felt like a Jane Austen novel. The furnishings and furniture were of extremely high quality. The interior design style looked like it was from an Architectural Digest issue and at the same time you felt totally comfortable. Isabelle took great care of us and was easily accessible. I'm sure we'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the accommodation very much – everything was clean, well-equipped and just as stylish as shown in the photos. The hosts were friendly and communication went smoothly. Overall a great place to stay that we can definitely recommend! Bredene is a great holiday destination.

Had a great stay. Close to Antwerp and Ghent, which was the main reason for our stay. But still peace and quiet around you when you were at the cottage. Our dog also had a great time. He played nicely with sweet dog Bo.

Warm, friendly welcome from our host. This accommodation is clean, generous & well presented and is conveniently located for Bruges, local walks and amenities and for connection to other local towns and locations. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay and would suit walkers and cyclists (it has an integral garage) and there is adequate local on-street parking. We would definitely stay here again

This is a 5 star place. Spacious, clean, extremely well equipped. Communication with Savina was easy and proactive. She kindly let us check out a bit later when we had car trouble. We enjoyed cooking together and evenings on the sofa, the kids could play outside and we could let them roam without worry. Comfy beds and quiet nights made for good sleep. If you come with kids you have to visit bois de rêves, great playground in the area.

Margot and Adriaan are a very nice host couple. They were very kind and personable. The cottage is a very cozy, clean and attractively furnished accommodation. We felt very comfortable. The location is fantastic too. Located directly on the water and harbor and 3 minutes walk to the city center. Middelburg is a very pretty town. We recommend the accommodation without reservation and look forward to coming back again.

We had a fantastic stay her in May 2025. A lovely warm welcome and beautiful and clean. Well equipped and Katrien was really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the boat trip to Antwerp and the house was great to Enjoy the area. We came with may parents and 2 children. The photos don't do it justice! Thanks again!

We spent 1.5 weeks in Louella's house and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bathroom is a dream. Communication with Louella was super uncomplicated. She answered questions immediately and provided help. The house had the perfect starting point for us for bike rides or trips to the beach. We would recommend it without reservation :)

Very spacious house. It is very well located a few minutes from the beach and close to the tram and bus. At the same time, the house is very quiet. Philip was very welcoming. We recommend it.

Very cozy home with a beautiful garden in a quiet location, ideal as a base for the area. Entry is via a key box, so the arrival time is flexible. The instructions Klaartje gave were very clear. It is certainly a place to stay to return to again. Recommended!

If you like cozy, quiet, natural and cozy, you will love it here. But if you are looking for a luxury accommodation, you may not appreciate this. We enjoyed ourselves, felt at home and free. Owners let you be free, and are very helpful. Close to Kortrijk, good bike paths, beautiful surroundings. Having a car at the door and being able to safely park bicycles and sit outside was definitely a plus for us.

My sister and I had a great time in the cottage. Everything was found as described, nothing was missing! The apartment is cozy and practical, the bed is very comfortable. The contact with Janneke & Bas was very nice, questions were answered very quickly. The possibility of locking and loading the bikes was also great. From here, we took daily bike tours in all directions. For us, the apartment was ideal and we would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Christine's beautiful place. Lots of space, easy to get in and out. We especially enjoyed the garden in the sun.
