Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Giannella

We had such a wonderful six days at this beautiful place. It was comfortable and one of the most picturesque properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We fully enjoyed the barbecue area, walking the trails, and all of the special views from our room. Nico and Elena were such gracious and lovely hosts - we appreciated such wonderful hospitality.

This was a great house with a great host. Short walk to the beach and the old city. Loved it.

We highly recommended Luca’s home. The location is perfect and the accommodation was exactly as we hoped. Hopefully we can return again soon!

Dorita is a Super Host, she is the sweetest & kindest person. She went above and beyond to help us with our luggage since we arrived early before check-in. She met us at the beautiful property and explained everything we needed to know and gave us great recommendations for things to do and delicious restaurants. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, a Tuscany charm with a private terrace that had beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large. She was always there for us when we had a question and responded immediately she even found us a taxi to take us to the train station. This property is quite a charm, and we loved it. You can walk right out the front door and be in the beautiful city with lots of shops and Restaurants and taking in the beautiful views of the city. We highly recommend this beautiful property and Dorita. When we return to Italy, we would stay here again.

Very accommodating and beautiful place.

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

The environment around the house is a classic Tuscan landscape, very beautiful and spectacular. The room is large and clean. Check-in is very easy. There are shared lawns, courtyards and swimming pools outside (the swimming pool is not open yet). It should be noted that the location here is indeed more suitable for renting a car. It would be very inconvenient if you don't have a car. Of course, even if you just enjoy the scenery here, it is very happy.

Wow, beyond gorgeous place that surpassed all expectations. Had incredible views and so much room for the kids to run around and explore. Pietro was fantastic with recommendations too. A dream vacation!!

We had the most amazing time in the house as well as walking around the city in the evenings. The location is perfect for everything from shopping to restaurants and wine tastings. Absolutely incredible home nestled in the heart of Montalcino—one of the most beautiful towns in the best part of Tuscany. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the region, whether solo or with family. All three rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The house is immaculate, stylishly decorated, offers stunning views, and is perfectly located near fantastic restaurants and shops. 10/10 for the home—and an extra shoutout to Blake and Beatrice for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to help us navigate Tuscany and book unforgettable restaurants and experiences. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly special. We spent ~10 days of family vacation there and it was an absolute pleasure. Spacious house, pristine, impressively well-equipped, private and cosy. The area around the house is beautiful with a picturesque and well-maintained garden where I spent a lot of my time running around and playing with my son. The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea meeting the skies at the horizon, mountainous landscape and a large castle in view. The host, Enrico, gave us a warm welcome and we felt right at home. He was responsive, kind, and provided many tips and assistance with everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet family vacation in Tuscany.

We had a great time. Enrica and her husband are great people who were willing to help and always responded positively to our needs. We highly recommend this location to people who value peace and privacy.

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

The house was lovely! Such an amazing view of the sunset and lands from both the living room and the main room. The space was so well equipped and also Carlotta and Paolo were super helpful and nice to us. We even got an early check in :) Everything was super clean (lots of towels, smelled lovely, very nice beds) , comfortable and spacious. If you love to cook the kitchen is full of accessories and everything you need. Carlotta recommended local places and also she was super kind. Perfect place to stay if you also want to visit other cities near Montepulciano. Near lots of restaurants, grocery shops, and beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much ! We felt right at home !

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
