Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

Our land is dotted with ancient olive trees, and a river with waterfalls and secluded swimming spots flows nearby. Just a 10 minute drive from charming villages, tavernas, and the beautiful southern beaches. The basic price is for 5 guests, with the option to add 6 more for an additional 20€ per guest.

Nereides - Skinaria Beach Apartment

Two rooms, 35m² beach apartment, that offers free WiFi, air conditioning, 43" screen TV and queen size double bed. The apartment features balcony with sea view and also a modern kitchen, fitted with fridge, stove-top, coffee machine, water boiler, clothes iron, ironing board and full set of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a comfortable couch. Towels and bed linen are also provided. We speak Greek and English.

Στο σπίτι που δημιουργήσαμε με πολλή αγάπη και μεράκι για εσάς θα μπορέσετε να ζήσετε την απόλυτη θεά στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος μια θεά που σας ταξιδεύει και σας χαλαρώνει , αλλά και την βραβευμένη, παραμυθένια θάλασσα μας με τα καταγάλανα νερά , που απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το σπίτι....

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Μεσα και εξω απο την κατοικια μεχρι και στην πισινα ενα απολυτα χαλαρωτικο περιβαλλον σας περιμενει για να απολαυσετε τη δροσια του πανυψηλου πευκου που δεσποζει στο χωρο. Apartment MICHAEL is a cozy two bedroom apartment, with 70 m2 terraces, independent from the family house, in the small, picturesque village of Gianniou. Guests will experience the tranquil life of the village. Famous beaches, such as Preveli, Schinaria, Plakias, Ammoudi, Damnoni can be found from 1.5 km up to 5km distance from the house. Locals are very friendly.
