Perfect for our family of 4. Stayed for one night to explore Taormina. Greeted by Rosanna who was lovely! Beautiful terrace with mountain view. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time with family in Giardini Naxos at Giovanni’s place. The apartment was so spacious and well equipped with stylish furniture and decor. The accommodation is just right on the public beach and there are many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. You can reach Taormina even on foot though sometimes you have to walk the highway or you can easily reach the city with the local bus service, the bus stop is nearby. I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper because traffic could be heavy at night and in the morning. Otherwise the accommodation is perfect.

Graziella was a fantastic host. She communicated with us regularly and was very helpful. The location of the stay is outstanding with the beach a few meters away and with the view of Etna from the apartment. Restaurants and a bus stop are close by. Highly recommended.

Cool place near Taormina

Giulia was a great host, responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect, clean, equipped. I appreciated great location - next to the beach, many restaurants in walk distance, also close to Taormina (few minutes by car). We were a family with one kid and really enjoyed the place.

Pietro is a wonderful host! We had the best time and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a toddler with multiple food allergies and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook her meals daily. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! There are lots of little markets within walking distance and Taormina is only 15 min drive from here. Good location with a nice little beach and no crowd. Wish we could have stayed longer, such a beautiful place. Thank you Pietro for everything!

Gaia’s place was everything we hoped for! Beautiful location with balcony looking out to the beach, hearing waves at night to send you to sleep is very special! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Gaia was also very thoughtful and left us a lovely treat for our arrival. Overall we had a fabulous stay! Communication from Gaia was great, and she made sure we got in ok on the evening of arrival! I liked the door code get in, as you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Gaia!

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Sonja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and has everything you need for your stay. The location is 2 minutes walk from the beach on a nice quiet street that is close to restaurants and the supermarket. The apartment itself is really cute and has a lovely shaded garden/patio area to relax. The hosts were super helpful and responsive and we met the lovely Sonja a couple of times at the restaurant along the road…she is a wonderful lady! I would highly recommend a stay here to everyone! 👍

Roberto was a great host and helped us get settled nicely once we got to Sicily. He answered any questions we had and gave us a list of restaurants, beaches and tours before we got there. He also helped book us a taxi to his apartment. The apartment is next to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Marco and his parent were the sweetest hosts. We where traveling with our two small children and they where so considerate, finding useful stuff, toys, beach towels, highchair etc. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. Everyday we woke up to the sunrise. Unfortunately the gas went out, and the dishwasher broke while we were there. Things that sometimes happen. But the way the family helped us and responded so quickly to our needs was amazing. Useful things to know: the public transport with bus is very unpredictable. There is a noisy street right in front of the building, but the sound of the ocean is higher, so you won’t hear it that much. The apartment is located in the best part and more local restaurants are nearby. To walk to the train station from the apartment is very uncomfortable, without sidewalks on some of the road.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Thank you, Daniela, for nice stay in Sicily. We very appreciated your help with transfer from train. The flat was ideal for family holiday(2+2). We very appreciated the first basic food for next hours/days. We were very happy that the pool was open immediately after our arrival.

If you are looking for a spectacular view in Taormina this is the place to stay! It a short walk from the historic city center, but it is uphill so make sure to pack light or take a taxi for check in and check out (taxi was very quick). The house is in a quiet location and just a few minutes to a grocery for amenities. Would highly recommend staying for the view and historic character of the villa! Host was very helpful and responsive.

Great apartment in Giardini Naxos. Very large, super equipped kitchen (if you like to cook yourself) and 3 (!) Balconies or a large, private roof terrace, where you can end the day with a glass of wine overlooking the sea. Communication was extremely nice and efficient. The bus to Taormina or Isola Bella starts almost outside the door. The location is great, despite traffic rather quiet and the hustle and bustle of Taormina is very easy to leave behind. We'll be back.!

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

This place is good located. Perfect for one or two people.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
