In the center of Licata on the seafront, a few steps from the beach and the central square, to enjoy without stress and without using the car with indoor bike and motorcycle parking, the sea, the sun, art and history with monuments, local seafood cuisine and the delights of Sicilian pastry. In the evening, enjoy walks to the marina enlivened by music and songs and the summer events of a seaside town. The Valley of the Temples is about 35 km away. The Scala dei Turchi is about 40 km away.

The accommodation is located on a typical Sicilian hill overlooking thousands of hectares cultivated mostly with orchards and vineyards that span two provinces in the heart of Sicily and is located 600 meters from the town. It is part of an old renovated country house where the owners live. The villa is located not far from the Valley of the Temples (30KM), the sea of Licata (38KM), the Villa del Casale di Piazza Armerina (70KM) and the beautiful cliff of Scala dei Turchi.

Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The property is a portion of an old farmhouse from the late 1800s, immersed in the archaeological park of the Valley of the Temples. The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.

The newly renovated chalet is surrounded by greenery and a beautiful natural landscape. Near the "Natural Reserve of Mount Cammarata" with the possibility of guided trekking. About 1 km away is an indoor pool with a spa, ideal for relaxing after hiking. The chalet is about 50 km from Agrigento's Valley of the Temples and Favara's Cultural Farm. Nearby, you can visit the Andromeda Theater and the Hermitage of Santa Rosalia alla Quisquina.
