The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

A comfortable and modern (completed in 2016) ground-floor apartment for two guests (+ a 165-cm junior bed), located in a detached cottage in an old park that is part of a large (36-hectare) private former mill settlement, “Uroczysko Połomja,” situated in the Jurajski Landscape Park. The area of the cottage is 47m2, including a double bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed (2 people), a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a room with a wardrobe and a junior bed. Closeness to nature – the forest begins just outside the doorstep, which allows for mushroom picking or bike trips.
