This was such a lovely place to spend our honeymoon. Surrounded by nature in every direction, waking up to birds chirping and a beautiful lake view. There were so many small details, from extra toothbrushes and a blow dryer in the bathroom to twinkle lights on the patio for a romantic evening outside. Jordyn was so responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

This was my second time staying at this amazing home. The home is very nice, new and spotless. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. And it’s right on the water with spectacular views of Mt Ranier. It’s also close to Sunrise Beach Park that has fun hiking trails. And the town of Gig Harbor is a gem. Both of my stays were perfect. And it’s only about 600 steps from parking to the house - and it’s a beautiful walk along the water. I can’t recommend this house strongly enough.

Waterfront Beach House off the beaten path!

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. I would highly recommend. Sam - thank you for helping make this stay perfect!

Hands down the most relaxing and beautiful spot to celebrate a 30th birthday! We had an amazing time and barely left the property because it was just that incredible. We’re already planning to come back during the summer! Highly recommend this place – it’s also super dog-friendly, which shows how much they truly care about their guests. And despite being dog-friendly, the house is spotless and doesn’t have any pet odors. Honestly, I would love to own this property!
