This spacious and well-designed house features 3 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans on the ground floor and an air-conditioned master suite upstairs with a bathroom and toilet.

Our house is full of surprises: the bedroom with four-poster bed, the elegant retro ensuite bathroom, the ‘salon’ with piano, overflowing bookshelves and antique doors, the light-filled modern kitchen graced with plants, the shaded terrace, deck and hammock overlooking the exceptional landscape of our gardens, pines, olive grove and amazing sunsets over the silhouette of the distant Cévennes.

The house features a large sun-drenched terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a beautiful swimming pool.

Beautiful authentic villa located at the foot of the Ventoux in a quiet area. You are 20 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from Nîmes, Arles, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. A wooded outdoor area welcomes you and you can enjoy the pool and a shaded terrace. We kindly ask that you clean the premises upon checkout. It is also forbidden to use this place for parties, I attach a lot of importance to this.

The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, with a very beautiful view. The house is independent, but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 additional beds.

Cyclists of Mont Ventoux will find a great starting point here.

Please note: From July to August inclusive, we only accept arrivals and departures on Saturdays. At the foot of the listed village of Séguret, discover a charming Provençal house nestled in the heart of the family estate, between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy its beautiful spaces, its brightness, and its 360-degree view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the plain. You can relax in the fenced-in private pool.
