Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gijón

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Noemi's place is a cut above the rest. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The main entrance alone is quite grand and ornate and the apartment is an extension of that same artistic finish. It has all the amenities one would need and is in the heart of Oviedo. We feel very lucky to have stayed at Noemi's place. We highly recommend. Thank you Noemi. Charlie and Cornelia.

It is a great place to enjoy both nature and easy access to a city. Beautiful view from the room, cosy interior and comfortable bed for a good night rest.

The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is new and works great. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very pretty. Verónica was very nice and helped with everything. Would go back at any time.

My daughter (12) and I felt very comfortable with you. The house is designed with so much love in the details and it was nice to have come to know you. Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

An excellent experience! The accommodation was super clean and very cozy, exactly as in the photos (or even better!). You could see the care in every detail, from the impeccable bedding to the little touches that made you feel at home. The communication with the host was quick and very friendly. Definitely a place I'd go back to without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Oviedo! The location was perfect—quiet during the week and just a short walk to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The apartment was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful lighting and plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities for daily life, and staying for 5 weeks was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean, and check-in was easy. The host was kind and accommodating, especially when our flight was severely delayed. There is some street noise on the weekends, but as long as the windows and doors are closed, it really isn’t an issue. We felt right at home here—highly recommend!

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!
