Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. We had a fantastic stay at Jesus’ apartment in Oviedo! Jesus was wonderful—he welcomed us warmly and shared valuable information about the town, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience. Upon our arrival, Jesus even had some food for us, which made settling in much more comfortable. The apartment itself was excellent—well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to explore the charming city of Oviedo. We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Very good location , we felt right at home and Albino allowed us to share this trip with our puppy. He was super friendly, he welcomed us at the time we arrived and gave us all the facilities and comforts. A great choice.

Nuria is a charm, kind, super attentive, she personally welcomed us and introduced us to her house and gave us all the necessary directions. And the house… spectacular! Clean, cozy, with beautiful decor, and with everything you need and more! The bed in the loft is totally fairytale and the glass with armchairs and mountain views was my favorite corner without a doubt! The perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Stream amazing peace! I fell in love with that casita. I would definitely go back.

We have been very comfortable, as in your own home. They accompanied us to the house for more clarity. It is located in a group of super tranquil casitas, where our dogs could go out quietly, half an hour from the capitals to visit. Very close there is a town with several supermarkets and restaurants with typical dishes.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

Carmen's house is very cozy, it is very clean and has everything you need. It is in a very quiet and beautiful area. It is as shown in the description and photos. Well connected, close to the beach and you can do many routes in the area. And the best thing is Carmen, friendly, always attentive, has been one of the best hosts I've ever met. We will definitely repeat.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby, which were worth it and was great. Also it was always pending in case we needed directions or ideas to pass the time. Very good experience and the area is very quiet.

It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.
