Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the beautiful pool! We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the flexible check-in. House is in a safe, quiet subdivision with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed.

Wonderful! The house was easy to find and access, and there was a spa vibe when we arrived. It was well maintained and had just about every amenity you could need, including a yoga mat and bicycles for every size family member. The hosts were communicative and friendly, and I appreciated the proactive and thorough instructions throughout the house. One huge bonus for this house was the park across the street. There was a big play structure, pickle ball courts, and a basketball court. Overall the place was quiet and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Some awareness items: there were three community pools located in the neighborhood. We walked to two of them and they did not appear to be heated so swimming was a no go. Also, no lounge chairs were available at the pool sites so they are truly just for swimming. Because the house is near an airport there was early morning flight noise. Even with that the place was peaceful. We would love to return to ‘Park House’!

Beautiful home, we loved the pool and spa. the theater room was fantastic. Josh was quick to respond with any questions. Quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels very private. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor TV too. We highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. PERFECT STAYCATION SPOT FOR US!

This property worked out well for 7 adults visiting for graduation. The living spaces were comfortable and spacious for gathering and talking. The outside space was shady and nice to enjoy the fresh air. Much nicer backyard than I expected to see in the dry climate. All furniture and appliances seemed brand new, and the place was nicely decorated. A smallish pool is not too far away, and beach towels were provided. Good quality hair dryers and extra towels were in each bathroom. We watched a little TV in the movie room and the screen was HUGE. Lots of restaurants very close by and ASU Poly campus was only 10 mins away.

My second stay at Laura’s place. This is a wonderful, brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment separate from the main home on the property. It’s tastefully decorated and very modern. We would love to lift up the building and drop it into our home town to live in, lol. It’s that nice!

The house layout is awesome, the air-conditioning and all other amenities worked perfectly, the pool was fantastic! The house is backed up to an aviary reserve so you have no back neighbors. Very peaceful. Everything was squeaky clean. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Super clean and nice pool and hot tub. There are even floats to use! Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Fun digital game table in the front living room.

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the cool and cozy condo. The unit was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies, and though we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The location is great and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The complex was really quiet, the AC worked great during the hot weather we had, and we were glad to have a covered parking spot. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

This location is becoming our go to certain events in Phx. Very easy to get to everything I need!! Looking forward to our next stay.

This place was like staying at home! All sorts of amenities were available, i.e. from condiments to blankets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It was quiet, safe surroundings, easy access and parking.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was outstanding—quick responses, super friendly, and full of helpful info that made planning a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could want on a getaway. We were surrounded by fun activities, great dining, and beautiful spots to explore. Whether we wanted to relax or be out and about, we had the best of both worlds.
