Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wildly romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, only a short drive from Trofaiach via a private forest road. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: with shower & toilet since May 2025!

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests.
