Such a kind and lovely host. Nice clean place just like it was described. 3x bathrooms were very convenient for our family. We have had a wonderful time. Not the most convenient location for commuting but very peaceful and full of clean air..young kids enjoyed country lifestyle. . waking up to crow of the roosters. . playing with the two dogs and watching kittens. . even caught a tree frog (we let it go) .. . Overall good value for money.

We held a family reunion with three generations to celebrate the anniversary of my father's death. It was a spacious facility that 23 people in the group could use comfortably, and it was a neat and clean accommodation. 👍 Thank you to the host for preparing the charcoal barbecue and lighting the bonfire and watching over the campfire smoothly. ^^ Thanks to this, many people have made comfortable and happy memories. I'll visit again. ^^ I would highly recommend it to those around me.

Jun was a wonderful host. She made sure we felt at home and continued to check in on us during our stay. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved that it was in the middle of a market and walking distance to so many cafes and shops. Very unique experience for our first time in Korea!

It was the most satisfying accommodation of all the accommodations I've experienced. I thought it would be a common hanok pension, but it was so nice to have all the oldness of hanok while keeping all the modern conveniences. I think we have a good balance between the two! Hot water came out well, and everything needed in the kitchen was equipped, so I thought it would be enough to stay for a long time. There are other Hanok accommodations next to it, but this place looked much better in terms of props and preparation details. If you think of a hotel or resort that can be obtained at a similar price, it is considered cost-effective. The neighborhood was so quiet that it was good for healing, and the best thing was that there was a swallows' nest. I think it's an advantage that no other accommodation can match to hear the chirping of real swallows and baby swallows and to see them:) I recommend staying before the swallows leave! I highly recommend it to those who are pursuing a healing trip like my family! The host was friendly and quick to respond, so there was no inconvenience in using it!

What a beautiful space! Lindsey was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed as well as working with our traveling schedule. The space had all the basic amenities and more! There's a food market near by for grocery shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. Would definitely come again to escape the city

We had such a wonderful stay at Sawol Hanok. The space is peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of charm. We loved how the traditional architecture was paired with simple, modern touches which really helped us slow down and relax. The courtyard is gorgeous, and the whole place feels very calming and private. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, but still close to everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience in Seoul.

A family of 5, including 3 adult children, visited from the United States and used it very comfortably for 18 days. The accommodation was clean and all amenities were well prepared. The host responded to my inquiry immediately. Above all, the location was really fantastic. The restaurants I wanted to eat at (all with good ratings) were all within walking distance, and it was convenient to go out of Seoul, but we were able to do everything our family needed in Ilsan. I would like to express my gratitude to this accommodation and the host for making my long-planned family trip a beautiful memory.

The accommodation was always the biggest concern for a trip with my mother, but I didn't even worry about the time difference and booked this accommodation right away.🥰 The interior is really as pretty as the pictures, and I especially liked the kitchen and the multi-purpose room! There's also a kotatsu, so I think I'll have to visit again in the winter. Both bathrooms were clean, so I spent 2 nights and 3 days really pleasantly ~ I thought it would be a shame to stay only one night, so I booked another day because of the accommodation, but I think I did really well I felt the sense and delicacy of the accommodation guide, which also included a travel course to Ganghwa-do and recommended restaurants. Thanks to you, I'm leaving with only good memories!!! If you're planning a trip to Ganghwa, don't worry, it's a great recommendation.🤭🤭

I wanted to end my trip in Seoul with a traditional hanok house. This house was just a perfect size for just me. It was quiet and easy to walk to shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes or less.

Overall, the cleanliness of the accommodation, location and accessibility, nearby shops, and satisfaction with the price were all good. However, maybe because it was an old house, there were a few small toilet bugs, but other than that, it was a satisfying night in all aspects.

On our trip to Seoul, we sought out a traditional Hanok guesthouse, as it’s a rare opportunity for our dog to travel from China to Korea. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such an exceptional guesthouse! The house and courtyard are designed with exquisite taste, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The space is spotlessly clean, offering utmost comfort, and everything feels just right! The host and property manager are warm, welcoming, and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. The hosts were super responsive. We had trouble figuring out which bus to take from the airport. They told us the exact bus number & what to look for when we arrived. The airbnb is super private with rooftop/front yard access. Very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Hair dryers, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, house slippers, phone cables, + games were provided. Best for last, the AC was AMAZINGLY strong.

This was the perfect place for our family, especially with a baby. We were quite sensitive about cleanliness and noise, but the home was bright, peaceful, and very clean — it allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. Our baby also seemed to feel at home, sleeping well and playing happily throughout our time there. We could tell that the host paid special attention to preparing the space, knowing we were coming with a little one. That thoughtful care really made a difference, and we truly appreciated it. We’d love to come back again in the future. It was such a warm and comfortable stay!

Seonghee was very helpful and proactive from the moment the booking was made a few months prior to the trip. She answered all our queries promptly and assured us of all our doubts. Seonghee even offered us alternatives including placing our luggage in her vehicle while waiting to check in. We appreciated the gesture very much. There was a welcome snack and letter given which was very sweet. The personalisation for every guest was amazing. The house was exactly as described, aesthetically pleasing and extremely clean. The bathroom is one of the most spacious and well maintained i’ve ever come across. The bidet was a super bonus! The neighbourhood is very cosy and healing. It was so nice to see locals spending time by the river. We enjoyed walking past and even having coffee overlooking the river. With the house being on the first floor, it was very accessible too. We loved our stay very much and we miss it already. We would definitely stay at Seonghee’s place again!
