Self contained bungalow situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features Queen size bed, split system heating & cooling, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

My place is close to the beach and the local cafe/restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings and the quiet, secluded setting. My place is good for couples and families. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE bed. The loft is set up with two single beds. There is a floor couch that could be used for a 5th. I have a portacot if needed. The cottage has its own private courtyard with a gas BBQ. It is located in a very quiet court, just a 5 min walk to the beach and cafe.

Half an hour from Phillip Island, one and a half hours from Wilson’s Promontory, minutes from the surf beaches of Cape Paterson and Inverloch and only 15 minutes walk from Wonthaggi hospital!! Minutes from the hills of South Gippsland. Great central place to explore the beaches and hills of the Bass Coast and South Gippsland. You can walk to view the State Coal Mine - a piece of Victoria’s history. Walking distance to the shopping areas of town!

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
