Ponderosa is a wonderful quiet space. Great for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. Neil was very friendly and helpful.

I and my wife wanted to switch off from our daily chores and this place was perfect for that. Private, peaceful and beautiful surroundings (who doesn't want a vineyard right outside your balcony?) made our time really memorable. They had different kind of board games that we thoroughly enjoyed too. Wendy was always welcoming and kind to provide cookies and breakfast too. The best part was the visit to Eden and Merimbula which was half an hour away form this place so we got to explore both places at that time. Have to say it was a experience full of tranquillity. Would definitely go back again!!

We had a lovely stay at the Treetops Cottage. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Sally was kind enough to have cofee, tea, milk and some other necessities on hand for us to use. This included Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash etc in the bathroom. Plenty of clean linens/pillows/towels/blankets were provided to use. The property was lovely and peaceful and matched the photos and description perfectly. It was nice to have a cozy space after long cold days in sports stadiums and the heating was adequate for the space. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was easy to use and perfect for my 11yr son. Sally and her partner were very lovely and welcoming while still allowing us our privacy, however made it known that we could reach out if anything was needed. I would not hesitate in recommending others to stay and would gladly return myself.

It was truly a lovely stay for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable ( I'm pretty fussy about mattress comfort). The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking easy. The plentiful drinks, fruits, bread, yoghurt, etc., were much appreciated. Having birds and bird seeds to feed them were a blessing. We loved the peaceful nature surroundings and convenient location to sightsee around Mornington. Highly recommended!

A very compact studio apartment separated from the main house by the carport . It is in a stunning and picturesque location and the apartment has a view into a lovely cottage garden with table and chairs . Bathroom was small but adequate with plenty of hot water and the bed was king size and very comfy . Rosemary and Jeremy were very helpful with their suggestions of what to do and where to go for walks etc in the snowy mountains . Good eating options within a 5 min drive . A great place to base yourself for enjoying the snowy mountains .

Loved our stay - a beautiful space and really cosy apartment. Has everything you need, was spotlessly clean and lots of amazing touches from the stylish furnishings to the range of drinks and snacks on offer. Katie made everything so easy for us. It was a beautiful place with great views and felt very private. The property was very well kept and had a great fire pit in the background for use. Very responsive hosts and great to organise flexible check in and out times. Would highly recommend!

Great stay! The place is gorgeous and I loved that it has heaters and TVs in all the rooms. Plenty of parking and privacy. Wouldn’t change a thing… We will go back again :) Thanks Jason and Meegan!

What a fantastic spot for a relaxing weekend away! Such a beautiful space with everything you could need. A lovely quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

We had such a relaxing time at The White House Studio for our girls weekend to visit the local hot springs. We had so much fun sifting through the records at night, taking long walks along the boardwalk each day, spotting seals and dolphins. The rooms were spacious and the fireplace made it so cosy. Thankyou! We will definitely stay again!

Helen and Craig are both very lovely hosts. They provided clear instructions to the property and offered great local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled like a brand-new home. The bed was super comfy, and the place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They also ensure we were warm enough, which was much appreciated during the cold weather. I would definitely return when visiting Mt Buller or Mansfield!

Perfect for our needs. Place was very clean and host welcomed us on arrival to show us the ropes. Paul was very accommodating - even moved 2 single beds into the home instead of the fold down bed to accommodate 2 kids. Lots of extras provided - milk, bottles of water, snacks, toiletries. Spa was great after a long drive too. Thanks for having us.

Karen was so lovely and great communication and even prepared us some complementaries for our aniversary and made us feel very welcome. 2 friends and l had a great weekend at Giustino’s Airbnb. We had a wedding in the Yarra Valley and Healesville was a great base. The Airbnb was cosy and looked like the pictures - we loved the decor and it was very clean and well equipped. Instructions were easy to follow and we were very appreciative of the treats left by the host - fresh bread, milk, eggs, a bottle of wine and even some fudge! Highly recommend

Lovely little abode that had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Good amount of space, both indoors and outside. It feels like you’re in nature with lovely views and ambiant fairy lights at night ✨ Only minor thing to note was that the bathroom had no door so can feel a little awkward, but we used the adjacent cupboard doors for extra privacy. Otherwise, very easy process for finding our way to and around the place. Would definitely recommend!

It was a beautiful house with excellent facilities and well-thought out and lovely personal touches. The place was spotless and beds were extremely comfortable (I like a firm but not too hard bed) and was an excellent base from which to explore the King Valley wineries over 3 days and conveniently located across from the Whitfield pub. Michelle was a very responsive and kind host! Would definitely love to stay again!

The cottage was perfect for two. Lovely sunny veranda for breakfast and sitting outside. Warm and cosy inside in the evening. I appreciated the small office space when I had some work to do. Yolande started us off with muesli, honey, bread, milk and yoghurt and she shared some biscuits she had baked one day. We walked down to the beachside walking path everyday. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at local cafes in Sandringham Village. Such a wonderful location. Thanks Yolande.
