If you reserve just one room, the whole house is at your disposal, and no one else will be there. Rooms can be locked and, of course there is hot water. Airbnb's add says the opposite.

Welcome to our homestay: Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the sounds of forest. Stay in a centuries' old, rustic masia that breathes atmosphere and simplicity. Mitjanas hosts up to ten guests. There are many hiking and biking trails close to the house. We also have a pottery creation workshop accessible to people interested in the practice €30/person for 2 hours. The accommodation is close to restaurants, the beach (17 km). You'll love my place because of the ambiance and the people. Indeed, this is a room in a house shared with 3 other rooms. The house is spacious enough for everyone's comfort.
