It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

We held my brother's bachelor party at this villa. We were seven guys, and yet spending an entire night in such a large, well-equipped, functional, and welcoming villa didn’t feel expensive at all. The villa is perfectly suited for hosting more than seven people. The equipments are good, complete, and everything is in place to ensure you have an excellent stay. There were signs of life in the villa, so naturally a few minor damages occurred. But nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. On the contrary, everything that’s supposed to work, works perfectly. We were all extremely satisfied with the villa, located in a quiet yet lively little area. Denis is reachable by messages and replies very quickly. It’s very convenient if you have any questions, he’ll be there to answer them. Thanks for the villa ! :)

Florent responded quickly to all requests, e.g. for a possibly earlier check-in. The furnishings are generous and the decor is cozy. In addition, it is very quiet and you can relax superbly. We stayed with Michele on our way through to see Como and Lake Como. The apartment is nicely quiet, but still close to Como and also shopping (food) can be done well in the area. Michele welcomed us personally and explained everything, he was also very flexible with our arrival time, which we could not say exactly beforehand. He was also easily accessible and very helpful with questions and problems! The apartment itself is nicely clean and sensibly divided, good blackout blinds are available in both the bedroom and the living room. Windows and doors are also equipped with insect screens, so that no mosquitoes get into the house, very good! (A small lizard made it through the curtain on the door, but we accompanied it back out😉)! For the children there were also some toys and books (Italian), for the adults several books to choose from, most Italian, but also some in other languages
