Lake view jewel apartment

Host was extremely accommodating on many occasions. Would recommend this spot as it has a beautiful lake view and is very clean and up to date inside. Transport is something to consider since this is a little over a mile up the mountain on windy roads. Wish I would have rented a car honestly since we arrived late at night and there was no bus system to take us up the mountain and the day time ones don’t running often (not at all at night time). Taxi service was limited, but Stefano helped us get in touch with someone who was available. Overall wonderful place in a beautiful setting.

Alina was a great host! She was very responsive and provided a very detailed and helpful guide to Lake Como. We did the hike she recommended down to Perledo square and it was a lovely 20 minute walk/hike. She also provided a list of taxis which evidently are difficult to get in Lake Como! We used Ivan whom Alina recommended and he was always responsive and available for most of our requests. As for the apartment itself, it was INCREDIBLE!!! The views are so breathtaking!! The apartment is modern and very clean. It is also so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the patio. Thank you, Alina, for an unforgettable experience!

Casa La Fonte - Enjoy Real Italy, tips by the host

Comfortable and clean. Very quiet. The view is amazing. Kitchen is teeny tiny but we were able to make coffee fine. Having a washer was nice. The grocery store was small but sufficient for our needs. They have fresh bread and rolls. The focaccia especially was excellent. Easiest to get to the store by taking the walkways behind the Bistro. We ate at the Bistro below twice. The first night the food was amazing and the next night it was good but not awesome. Finding the path to Varenna was a challenge. My recommendation is to go to the grocery store and take the stairs next to their door. Then go right and when you see a sign on the left for “parco giochi” follow that road and the path is right there. Whenever you come to a road, follow the white path across and look around carefully for the entrance to the next section of the path. Sometimes it’s hard to see it. And watch for sign posts pointing the way to Varenna. Take a taxi up with your luggage. We loved Monica, one of ones listed.

We had a very good stay in Perledo. Lesya's accommodation is clean, spacious and functional. The lake view is beautiful. The road to get there is a little narrow and winding but other than that, everything was perfect!

Wonderful ! private hot tub

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Very clean and peaceful stay at Perledo. Nicola and Sonia's team were very helpful in getting us to the apartment after we failed to find a taxi: the apartment is on a hill so you definitely need transport to get there so I would recommend everyone coming to Perledo to reserve in advance and follow directions from Nicola/Sonia. Many thanks to Laura as well who was a godsend in personally chauffeuring us to the apartment during check in and train station during checkout. Highly recommend!

Several co-owners of the housing. In case of problems, Andrea is responsible for responding to requests. She is a very pleasant, proactive and accommodating person. Accommodation located at a height offering a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Everything was functional or quickly became functional. A little cleaning would have been an undeniable plus. Thank you very much Andrea and see you soon.
