With a crackling fire in the stove, multiple TVs with Netflix, and large sofas to relax on, you can enjoy your vacation in any weather. You will sleep comfortably in beds for 4 people, with the option of extra beds for up to 8 people. Linens and bath linen are included.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is a terrace with associated table and chairs overlooking fields. Two bathrooms with a shower. Bed linens and bath towels are not included. Free access to wifi. Cleaning of the property must be done before departure.

Welcome to our cottage in the countryside village of Kimstad. The cottage is on our property, bordered by the forest and surrounded by beautiful nature. The cottage has room for 2 guests on the kingsize bed and 2 extra guests on the convertible sofa (120cm bed). You can also enjoy a fully private wood-fired sauna right next to the cottage (available at an extra cost).
