Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Wonderful lagoon view with terrace over the water!

When looking from the terrace to the west, the silhouette of the Euganean Hills is outlined against the evening glow, the question arises as to whether one has ever seen so much of Venice as to travel to where the rich patricians of the city once enjoyed the summer resorts. The morning noise of the construction work in the apartment below has long been forgotten. Severine had already warned us before arrival, Anne then immediately inquired about noise nuisance and when we confirmed this, we were surprised the next day to find that Severine had refunded us the rental price for one day. Such proactive and confident hosts are something you wish for everywhere!

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic: Daniela is a host who is always attentive, very kind and willing to help . The apartment is beautiful, new and 100% faithful to the photos . Impeccable cleanliness . The perfect location, 2 minutes from St. Mark's Square The street is very quiet and peaceful . Wonderful air conditioning to be comfortable in all rooms. The decoration is elegant and very beautiful Totally recommended!!

Thank you Serena for picking us up from the station. She was super friendly and approachable. The apartment was spotless and had wonderful views. It was also in a very quiet corner and felt very local. There were also some delicious restaurants a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

"Ca delle Erbe" apartment with canal view

The place looks even better than the pictures! The host was extremely helpful — we accidentally locked ourselves out (yes, a dumb moment), and he showed up within 30 minutes to let us back in. Thank you so much! The location is perfect: close enough to be right in the heart of the attractions with just a short crossing to the island across the canal, yet separated enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed to rest. Just a few steps from the vaporetto station, and surrounded by charming little restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and various shops for anything we needed. Beautiful location, impeccable accommodations, and a gracious host. 100% recommended!

You are not on the main island, but that is no problem at all. It takes 2min by foot to get on two boat lines, good restaurants right around the corner, as well as a coop, a real butcher, a tiny grocery store for fresh vegetables, all of them not more than 2min away, and last but not least a 5min walk westwards to admire the sunrise/sunset above the completely quiet lagoon, a slight mist on the water, the typical pole, a cormorant (why didn't we stay longer). Let me also add that the apartment is nice and Gabriella really kind.
