Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

You get a whole apartment for the price of a room in a beautiful hilltop village. The accommodation was very clean. It's a village with lots of character and a fantastic restaurant/ bar. I had a lovely Carbonara for just 8 Euros and the beer is served icy cold. I had a few drinks with the locals and like all Italians they are very friendly.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

An apartment with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complete equipment in excellent condition. Personal hygiene products as well as household products and basic condiments in the kitchen. We stayed there for two weeks and felt at home. A perfect central location close to beaches, restaurants and all shops. Everything is perfectly accessible without a car, but if you have one, the private parking space is right in front! The terrace is absolutely appreciable and everything is very quiet at night. Bruno is an extremely kind and dedicated host!! A delicate attention awaited us in the cool on arrival, much appreciated!! We highly recommend it and will not hesitate to return.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Leonardo is a very nice host. The flat is on the seafront, warm, cosy and very handy for wine bar, restaurants and supermarket. We had two weeks of great break. Thank you

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A small gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really enjoyed the private parking space and the access to the beach 2 min walk. We will be happy to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

Location is superb. Apartment is small and comfortable. There are some steps to get to the apartment and some steps within. Also some ceiling is low. All fine for people of normal height with no disabilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and recommend Fabio and this place. Thank you

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

The place was perfect for my daughter and me. We were able to have a relaxing beach day right across the street. Everything was walkable and safe.
