The house is located in Givrand, 4 km from the center of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, where it is good to live, between the ocean and the nearby countryside. For bicycle lovers, there are many bike paths.

Warm cottage, located in the countryside close to the salt marshes and La Vie, 2km from the center of St Gilles and less than 5km from the beaches. We want to welcome you in the best conditions, the accommodation is fully equipped and very well insulated. It has its own parking space and equipped garden. For last-minute bookings, we may not be able to accommodate you as early as 3pm.
