Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Housing in Lemvig

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. Architect-designed cottage 150 meters from the beach in the lovely Gjellerodde. The cottage has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The summerhouse is a short distance down to Gjellerodde Strand, where you can swim and catch crabs. Within walking distance you will also find a lovely playground where the youngest can play, and otherwise the local restaurant Café Odden, where you can get a delicious ice cream or a good meal. The location is also ideal for exploring the rest of West Jutland

Here you can be at one with nature in and around a small stylishly decorated cottage of 35 sqm. furnished with alcoves and hems. Around the house, there are terraces with a sauna barrel, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pizza oven, fireplace and shelter. This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity.
