La casa di Elvis è pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario: stoviglie di ogni genere, non manca nulla. Posizione fantastica, con vista sul mare e sul tramonto. Inoltre la casa si trova tra due ristoranti in cui si mangia benissimo, in particolare alla Taverna Viktoria. Elvis sempre puntuale e veloce nel rispondere alle nostre domande e la mamma, che ci ha accolto e supportato anche in un momento di difficoltà, sempre gentile e sempre presente, senza essere invadente. Dit is een prachtige plek om ruraal Albanië te ervaren. Je hoort alleen natuur en boerderij geluiden. De weg ernaartoe is een gravelweg, als je langzaam rijd duurt het ongeveer 20 minuten vanaf de hoofdweg. De toegang tot het huis vergt wat klauterwerk, maar de vader van Kristo is zo aardig je koffer te dragen. Het is aan te raden genoeg boodschappen te doen, want in de directe omgeving is alleen natuur. Je kan er prima koken, alle basis ingrediënten die je nodig hebt, zoals zout, olie en suiker zijn aanwezig. Er zijn ook genoeg pannen enzo. De bedden zijn prima en er zijn meer dan genoeg dekens. Je kan er prachtig wandelen naar de waterval, en in de namiddag op het terras de geiten en schapen van de berg af zien komen. Kristo reageert snel als er iets is. Kortom, een heerlijke plek voor avontuurlijke mensen.

Amazing cosy apartment to spend a wonderful week at the Albanian Riviera coast. As a group of five friends, we found the perfect location for a peaceful get-away—definitely recommend!! Perfectly equipped apartment with all necessities in the kitchen but also small details such as candles throughout the living room. The house is huge and the atrium/ living room as well as the terrace outside had amazing views over the sea. Communication with Spyro and his dad was straight forward and they’re both very kind. For instance, were greeted with fresh fruits from the garden. To find the apartment, take a right turn before the hotel and ideally have a 4x4 wheel car.

Un très grand merci pour votre accueil et les conseils donnés pour les activités aux alentours de Gjirokaster. La maison est parfaitement située a 5 min du centre historique de la ville. Deux petits magasins d’alimentation sont juste à côté de la maison. La maison est parfaitement équipée, la climatisation dans les chambres fonctionne parfaitement. Merci pour ce séjour !

Une famille EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce logement et nous le recommandons ! Toute la famille est au petit soin, on ne vous remerciera jamais assez pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous! 🙏🫶

Bij aankomst in het dorp dachten we… bij het openen van het hek een heerlijk huis. Het is er lekker rustig en het huis brandschoon Een goed locatie voor uitstapjes naar Butrint, blue eye en Gjirokaster. Daar een toprestaurant ontdekt waar we 2x gegeten hebben en ook als vegetariër was het een freestyle. Ga dit doen: The Barrels Ms. Daar zit je tussen de druifranken te eten met uitzicht op de kippetjes . Elke avond en ochtend een kudde schapen door het straatje, ook super leuk en heerlijk dat dorps gevoel. De host was flexibel en reageerde vlot op onze vragen. Houd je van rust en nog het authentieke, dan raden we dit zeker aan. Wat ook leuk was, de beneden buurvrouw begroette ons elke dag als we op stap gingen met Hey Hey Kalimera. En ze was supertrots dat we een foto van haar maakten . Het was al met al een fijn verblijf

The best part about the property is its stunning view, large terraces, and private access to the sea. The house itself is spacious and holds great potential. However, a few issues need to be addressed: The wooden terrace is rotten and currently dangerous to walk on. The bathroom lacks a shower cabin, which results in a constantly wet and dirty floor, especially with many people using it. There’s no tool available to clean up the water, and this has led to mold in the bathroom. One of the clothes racks in a bedroom is broken. The grill is broken. The beach lounges are quite old and unattractive for use. These repairs would significantly improve the property’s comfort and safety.

Very good housing! The owner have is everything, from atuir to take a shower to everything to clean and cook. The road to the hi use is a surf road, but its very easy and safe as long as you drive slower.

The place is close to sea side and is new built villa. The interior is standard of a modern villa built. The highlight of our trip was the pool side fun. The bathrooms were clean and modern with bidets and toilet showers as well which was a nice touch. The host was prompt in sorting out air conditioning issue which we had on the first night of check-in. The villa is close to Ksamil and mirror beach which is just few minutes drive away. There are plenty of food options as well close to the villa with halal options as well 8 minutes away. We were 4 families staying at the villa and everyone made good memories.

La villa était tout simplement magnifique, très bien entretenue et conforme aux photos. Le cadre était parfait pour se détendre. Les hôtes étaient très disponibles, à l’écoute et toujours réactifs à nos besoins. On sent qu’ils sont vraiment attentifs aux moindres détails pour garantir un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Fijne overnachtingsplek, voor gezin, modern ingericht, waar voor je geld. Jammer dat er camera’s staan opgesteld bij het zwembad, er is geen privacy. Je moet een lange weg naar beneden lopen naar het strand, vooral terug erg vermoeiend

We had a lovely stay at Angelo’s. He was friendly and very hospitable. The view was spectacular, the pool at the hotel was lovely, and the location was very convenient and close to everything. We were very happy and would be happy to recommend his place to travellers!

We had a great stay at Toni’s place. It is very private and secluded, you definitely need a car to get around the area. However, it’s close enough to Sarande, Ksamil, Blue Eye, Gjirokaster, Butrint, all of which (as well as Permet a bit further away) we visited in our 5 day stay. The pool is cold (it was the end of October though!) as it is filled with fresh spring water

The place was clean and exceeded our expectations!

Alisa ist eine sehr kommunikative, freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin, die uns wunderbar empfangen hat. Ihr Haus liegt ruhig und sehr idyllisch im oberen, alten Ortsteil von Qeparo. Der touristische Rummel bleibt im unteren Dorf am Strand. Bis dahin sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten, allerdings auch 300 Höhenmeter über eine kurvenreiche, steile Straße. Die ist mit einem normalen PKW problemlos zu bewältigen, Gegenverkehr macht aber häufig rangieren notwendig. Das Haus selbst ist erst vor kurzem sehr stil- und geschmackvoll von Grund auf neu aufgebaut worden und bewahrt die Seele eines alten, hundertjährigen Dorfhauses. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber komplett, und alles war sehr freundlich und sauber. Manches ist noch in Arbeit - so führt ein falsches Bodengefälle derzeit noch unweigerlich zu Duschüberschwemmungen im ganzen Bad. Das wird sicher noch abgestellt. Perfekt ist die Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen, Mückengitter und der schöne, private Hof mit zwei Terassen.

9 jours passés avec mes parents et mes deux enfants. Super maison, fidèle aux photos et bien équipée. Ménage fait plusieurs fois au cours du séjour. Terrasse avec une superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil. Centre accessible en 20mn à pieds, au top ! Hôte super réactif dès que nous avions besoin d’aide ou pour les problèmes de climatisation, c’était un super séjour, je vous recommande. À savoir : parking 15€ par jour, piscine 7€ par jour et plage 5€ par jour (nous avons préféré explorer les alentours de Saranda, nous avions une voiture qui nous a facilité nos déplacements ;)

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, la maison est identique aux photos très bien équipés et très propre.... L emplacement est celui que nous voulions au calme et à une courte distance de la ville La piscine est très bien et depuis la maison vous pouvez accédez à des plages (privées) à pied ainsi que quelques restaurants Notre hôte est très discret et bienveillant ! Nous sommes ravi de cette semaine Merci a vous 3 Corinne et Christophe
