Waterfront holiday rentals in Gjirokastër County

The photos are exactly as seen in the pictures, modernly decorated, clean and comfortable. The location and view are very nice, we rented a car and there is a parking place under the house. Natalia was very helpful in everything we needed, she got back to us quickly. We liked Sarande, it is an ideal place for a summer holiday, especially its proximity to Ksamil made our holiday enjoyable. We were satisfied with everything, thank you Natalia!

Good location close to the beach. You get a little workout in as it's up a hill (like the rest of the city) but you are rewarded with a lovely view from the balcony. The flat is very spacious, I stayed for over a week and it was perfect. Note there is no elevator and it is on the 4th floor. Enjoy!

Great host! Great location. Very responsive and gets back to you in case any challenges or questions. Area is very good, next to harbor where ferries operate to Corfu. Many restaurants and mini markets. Recommend.

We had a great stay at Christinas - it was right by the strip of bars and restaurants next to the coastline. Zeni (who checked us in and provided a taxi service) was brilliant - he came to fix the aircon within the hour once reported. He also provided us with very reliable transport and personally drove us to tourist locations including the blue eye and a beach club / restaurant in ksamil. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Christina’s Airbnb was spotless and provided us with many amenities which were very useful for our evenings staying in. We would recommend staying here ! Albania is also a great holiday destination. Thanks so much to Christina and Zeni :)

La casa è in perfette condizioni e pulitissima, situata in una zona di Saranda a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto, tranquilla, e con spiagge e ristoranti vicinissimi. Jerome e Malwina sono stati degli host fantastici, disponibili e molto professionali.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! We had the pleasure of spending most of April in Lana‘s beautiful apartment. It was exceptionally well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. Lana was always available and a very lovely person to deal with. Yes, the view was breathtaking. Two for us very important and great things to mention: The supermarket 50m from the place had a great selection and very competitive prices. Often we wanted to buy things elsewhere in town, but then came back here (Teuka). The second thing is the fact that due to it’s orientation even in April the apartment was always warm enough and in the four weeks we maybe used the heating for ten hours. Amazing! It’s about a ten minute walk to the main promenade, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Overall we cannot imagine a better place to have stayed in!

First of all, I was very well received. I stayed for a long time and I wasn't going to leave. She was kind and brought me towels and sheets as many times as I needed. The apartment is extremely private and I didn't have any problems. It's right in the center and you can find absolutely everything you want. It was wonderful. I hope to come back soon. We really loved the villa! The path leading to the house is a bit inconvenient, but that’s where the downsides end. The apartment is decorated in charming Greek style, with lovely details and everything you might need. The sea access is very convenient thanks to the staircase. Outside, there is plenty of space to relax — including a dining table, a terrace with sun loungers, and a spot right by the sea. The beach has soft sand and a gentle entry into the water. The location is very peaceful and secluded. There’s a small shop nearby, inexpensive parking (€6 per day), and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends! ❤️

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, es ist noch nie schöner und größer als auf den Bildern und äußerst modern eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann unbedingt empfehlen mit den Brüdern des Gastgebers eine Rafting Tour zu unternehmen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung und ein toller Service! Auch bei anderen Fragen rund um die Umgebung und zu Land und Leuten kann der Bruder von Guxim einem spannende Sachen (auf Englisch) erzählen! Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte drängt sich aber auch niemand auf. Die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

Great stay, convenient central location

Excellent host, very responsive. Allowed us to use the facilities eg well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and lots of utensils and well stocking washing machine. Beautiful setting with lots of room. Danae also picked us lemons, mint and cucumbers and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Anxhela's place. Everything was perfect. Anxhela was a good communicator before and throughout our stay. She and Katerina went "above and beyond" expectations one day to assist us. Katerina made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and cafes at our doorstep. The views were priceless, with peaceful early mornings on the balconies, in the garden, or beside the sea with a cup of coffee. Sunsets were beautiful and are not to be missed. The gardens are lovely and well cared for, while the pool and the sea offer a respite from the heat or a relaxing swim. The Villa itself had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Our family enjoyed spreading out on different floors for peace and quiet after a busy day and gathering together around the large table for board games. It's a piece of paradise in a vibrant area of the city. Book it if you can.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The photos don’t do this place justice; it’s a more stunning view than in the photos & a really well maintained and furnished place. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach towels, and toiletries provided too. Florentina was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host! The only caution is that it can be a bit of a noisier spot; our first night (a Tuesday), club music from multiple locations was blaring until at least 1am. We also had the unfortunate experience of a car alarm going off between 5am and 7am each of our mornings there. In general, the noise from the promenade and streets can also be heard quite clearly from the balcony, but when there’s no club music it’s not so bad!

Peaceful Stay with a Great Location and Stunning Views We stayed at this place for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal—just 15–20 minutes from the city center, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with a small child and preferred a quieter area. the walk until the city centre was lively and enjoyable, with plenty of souvenir shops, two supermarkets, and many cafés and restaurants along the way—never a dull moment! The view of the sea from the property was truly amazing and added a special touch to our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommended! P.S. : Do not miss Pizza at 'Vesa Pizzeria' and sea food at Liku Plakkat restaurant ( also the view from this restaurant is breathtaking) . and for traditional food do visit 'The taste of Tradition' restaurant.

Ich habe 5 Nächte in Ferides Wohnung verbracht, alles war genauso wie beschrieben und ohne Probleme zu finden. Am Anreisetag gab es eine kleine Schwierigkeit mit dem Strom, wodurch WLAN und Wasser für einen kurzen Augenblick nicht funktionierten, Feride war direkt erreichbar und hat super schnell gehandelt, dann lief alles wieder :) von der Wohnung aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick, außerdem ist alles was man braucht in ihr vorhanden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die unterschiedlichsten Beach Bars sind auch fussläufig in beide Richtungen zu erreichen. Der Linienbus nach Sarandë Stadt und auch nach Butrint über Ksamil fährt unweit ab. Man kann jedoch auch innerhalb ca einer halben Stunde in die Stadt gehen. Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen, gibt es auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und komme gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay at Grigor’s apartment in Saranda! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning views of the sea and the town, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. It was lively in the evenings, but that’s part of the charm of Saranda—and thankfully, everything quiets down by midnight, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth—no hassle whatsoever, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Saranda
