Welcome to our hidden gem. 🏡🌟 This spacious house welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, an office space and plenty of room to play, as we have two children ourselves. The kitchen-living room is the heart of the house where socializing is paramount. The garden can be completely closed off so you don't have to worry about the kids running down to the road. There is plenty of room for both ball games and running, as well as a trampoline and a sandbox. In addition, we have two places to sit outside and enjoy your food or coffee, one of which is covered.

Only 8 km from beautiful Copenhagen, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the marsh, which is surrounded by greenery and offers lovely walks and runs. Throughout the summer, there is sun from morning to evening on the 30 m2 wooden terrace. We have decorated the house functionally and personally and love living here. There is a greenhouse of 10 m2 you can sit and relax in. We have a garage with a charger for an electric car (type 2 plug) and at least two bicycles. Welcome.

I kælderen findes vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Populære strande Svanemøllen og Nordhavn strand ligger inden for 10 min kørsel. Fra 6 juli til 3 august lejes huset ud 1 uge ad gangen, fra lørdag til lørdag.

Toilet med bad, spisebord, køkken m.m. Lækker have med masser af leg til børn, haven bruges også af vores børn, da annekset ligger i vores have. Mulighed af ladning af elbil, mod betaling. Køkkenet indeholder ikke komfur og ovn. Der er mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, panini maskine og alt service.

Relax with your family or some friends in this fantastic townhouse in first row down towards recreational nature and nearby the neighbourhood of Nørrebro and the city center of Copenhagen. The house is located at the end of a small closed street in a calm residential area right next to a forest grove and the green area Utterslev Mose where you can go for a nice walk around the lakes and with good connections to the city center (approx. 20 minutes by bike or bus).

Wonderful terrace house North of Copenhagen

Dear guests, The house is perfect for guests/families who want to live in a silent and safe neighborhood close to Copenhagen with all normal amenities and a trampoline for the kids. The house comes with our little, lovely cat Maggie. She doesn’t require much attention, she is an outdoor cat and goes in and out through a cat flap as she feels like. All needed is to make sure that she has food and water.
